Book for yourself or up to four people, and enter a space of relaxation in the heart of PADEL 18.

Recharge, recover and reset with our private sauna and cold plunge experience.
Our dedicated recovery space features two sauna pods, a cold plunge pool, shower and changing facilities, designed to help you relax and recover before or after your time on court.
Book the entire wellness suite exclusively for yourself or up to four people and enjoy 45 minutes of private access in your own dedicated recovery space.
Sessions are available on the hour, with time scheduled between bookings to ensure the suite is cleaned and prepared for every visit.
Please bring your own towel, or PADEL 18 towels are available to purchase from reception.
